In
order to make 1 kg of cheese on proper agrotourism way you (1kripavac - squeak cheese) we
need 7 lit. of freshly milked milk. Such milk has to be warmed
to 36 Celzius when we add 4 tablespoons salt and 1 tablespoon
rennet. Such curdled milk has to sit at a warm place for an
hour. After that we have to mix it to the size of a wallnut
with a whisk and leave to sit for 5 minutes. Then it has to
be hashed up to the size of corn grain and left for another
5 minutes. Then we pour this mass into a sieve where the access
whey is devided from the cheese mass. After draining, it has
to sit in the cheese mould for an hour. Then we have to turn
it to the other side and after 8 - 10 hours we get tasty unique
squeak cheese. And our agrotourism chesse is ready.
